Shipping policy
1. Shipping area
We ship throughout Europe and to a number of countries outside Europe. The options available for your address, and the exact cost, are shown in checkout before you confirm your order.
2. Carriers
Most orders are shipped with DPD. Depending on the destination, another carrier may deliver your parcel. Where available, you can choose in checkout between home delivery and delivery to a pickup point.
3. Processing and delivery time
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation with track & trace as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier and destination.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout before you confirm your order.
Free shipping on orders of €75 or more to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland and Greece. Below €75, home delivery costs €5,99, unless the order weighs 1,4 kg or more, in which case it also ships free.
Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden: €24,95 per order.
Cyprus and Malta: €39,95 per order.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €49,95 per order.
Pickup points cost €2,95 below €75. From €75, or when the order weighs 1,4 kg or more, delivery to a pickup point is free, wherever we offer it. Please collect your parcel within the period in the carrier's notification: 5 days in Belgium, 7 days in other countries. A parcel that is not collected comes back to us and the return cost then applies (Article 6a of our terms and conditions). If you would like the parcel sent again, we email you the total (the return cost plus the new delivery) with a secure payment link, and ship it to your home address as soon as it has been paid. Free shipping applies to the first delivery only.
Worldwide, per order, with a higher rate for heavier parcels:
United Kingdom, Monaco and Liechtenstein: €22,95 (heavier €27,95).
Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Andorra, the Balkans, Türkiye and Ukraine: €42,95 (heavier €47,95).
United States: €44,95 (heavier €69,95).
Canada, Georgia and San Marino: €59,95 (heavier €74,95).
Asia, the Pacific, the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America, including Australia, Japan, Brazil, Mexico and the United Arab Emirates: €74,95 (heavier €114,95).
Long-haul destinations such as Kenya, Tanzania, Mauritius, the Maldives, Cabo Verde, Angola, the Dominican Republic and French Polynesia: €89,95 (heavier €159,95).
The exact amount for your address is always shown in checkout before you pay. Import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are not included and are payable by the recipient.
5. Risk
The risk of loss or damage passes to you as soon as you, or a third party designated by you, has physically received the goods.
6. Problems with delivery
Is your parcel late, lost or damaged? Contact us via hello@afterfade.be and we will resolve it with the carrier.
