How can we help?

What do you need help with?

Or tell us in one sentence

What do you see?

It's being packed

Most orders leave us the next working day after payment. Items on pre-order follow in their own parcel, at no extra cost.

As soon as your parcel ships, you get an email with the tracking link. Check your spam folder too.

Follow it live

Your shipping email has a tracking link that shows where the parcel is and the expected day.

Can't find that email? Search your inbox and spam for AfterFade, or open the order status link in your order confirmation.

Ready to collect

Take your ID or the code from the carrier's message.

A DPD pickup point keeps your parcel for 7 days. After that it comes back to us. Once a parcel is at a pickup point, we can no longer redirect it.

Before you worry

1. Ask your neighbours and anyone who was at home.
2. Look in your letterbox, at the back door and in any safe spot.
3. Carriers sometimes scan a parcel a little early. Give it until the end of the next working day.

Coming back to us

This happens when a parcel was refused, not collected, or could not be delivered.

When it reaches us, you choose: a new delivery, or a refund minus the return cost (at most €8 in Belgium, €16 elsewhere). If it came back through no fault of yours, we deliver it again for free.

Download it yourself

Enter your order number and email on our invoice page and the PDF downloads straight away.

What would you like to change?

Quick, before it ships

Send us the correct address now. We can change it as long as your parcel hasn't left us.

Once it is with the carrier, the address can no longer be changed.

Tell us what to change

If your order hasn't left us yet, we'll adjust it where we can and confirm by email.

Cancelling

If your parcel hasn't left our warehouse, we stop it and refund you in full.

If it is already with the carrier, we can no longer recall it. Accept the delivery and return it within 14 days.

What's going on?

The steps

1. Clean with Prep+ and let the surface dry completely.
2. Apply a thin layer with the pad, one panel at a time, out of the sun.
3. Buff within 10 minutes with a clean microfibre cloth, then once more with a second clean cloth.
4. Let it cure for 24 hours, with no rain.

Work between 10 and 30 °C, never on a hot surface.

Still have a question? Write to us

This can be fixed

Streaks usually mean the coating sat longer than 10 minutes before buffing, the layer was too thick, or the surface was hot or not fully clean.

Once the first coat is 24 hours old, apply a thin second layer, one panel at a time and out of the sun, and buff within 10 minutes. No sanding needed.

Still have a question? Write to us

Easy to fix

Rain within 24 hours of applying can leave spots.

Once the first coat is 24 hours old, rinse the spots, let the surface dry, apply a thin layer over them and buff within 10 minutes.

The surface needs cleaning again

Step 6 of 7

Add an extra layer

After 24 hours you can apply an extra layer for more protection. Buff it out again with a clean microfibre cloth, just like before. This strengthens the coating for a longer lasting, better protected result.

Step 7 of 7

Pad and cloths

The pad and cloths are meant for one job. To reuse them, clean them straight after use with white spirit. Water alone does not remove the coating.
