1. Shipping area

We currently ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

2. Carriers

Orders are shipped with bpost or DPD via our logistics partner Sendcloud. Where available you can choose between home delivery and delivery to a pickup point during checkout.

3. Processing and delivery time

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days of receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation with track & trace as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier and destination.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout before you confirm your order.

Free shipping in Belgium and the Netherlands on orders of €60 or more, and elsewhere in Europe on orders of €130 or more.

5. Risk

The risk of loss or damage passes to you as soon as you, or a third party designated by you, has physically received the goods.

6. Problems with delivery

Is your parcel late, lost or damaged? Contact us via info@afterfade.be or WhatsApp +32 499 14 36 96 and we will resolve it with the carrier.
